- Must be courteous and gracious, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- Establish and maintain good communications and team work with fellow colleagues and other departments within the hotel
- Offer guests an enjoyable experience that conforms to the company’s standards of excellence, professionalism and friendliness
- Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of the sequence of service, following this sequence for every guest
- Possess knowledge of the POS system to correctly and strategically coordinate with team members
- Stock and maintain bar area and bar supplies, ensuring superior cleanliness and organization
- Assist coworkers in any task necessary to ensure a great environment for guests and coworkers
- Execute any additional employee duties requested by management
- Possess expert knowledge of all food and beverage aspects of the restaurant
- Maintain an increased awareness of safety issues throughout the hotel
- Participate in scheduled departmental and administrative meetings as requested
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Related experience in hospitality or service industry preferred
