Lingo Staffing is hiring immediately for a HR assistant/Recruiter position in Greensboro, NC.

Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
- Source, identify, and engage top-tier talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment:
- Conduct initial resume screening and pre-qualification interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Administer and evaluate assessments, tests, and other tools to determine candidates' suitability for specific roles.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Interview Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Facilitate on-site or virtual interviews, providing guidance to both candidates and interviewers.
- Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
