Lingo Staffing is hiring immediately for a HR assistant/Recruiter position in Greensboro, NC.

  • This is a TEMP position
  • Background Check and Drug Screen required

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
  • Source, identify, and engage top-tier talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Candidate Screening and Assessment:
  • Conduct initial resume screening and pre-qualification interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Administer and evaluate assessments, tests, and other tools to determine candidates' suitability for specific roles.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Interview Coordination:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Facilitate on-site or virtual interviews, providing guidance to both candidates and interviewers.
  • Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipelines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
