As VP of Marketing at Lingrove, you'll lead our marketing functions, crafting and executing plans to grow brand recognition, product development, and drive business growth in the Architecture and Design (A&D) industry. You'll leverage your extensive experience to develop innovative campaigns, oversee market research efforts, and foster a cohesive brand identity across diverse marketing channels, while providing visionary leadership to a marketing team you will help assemble. As a growth stage start-up, we are looking for a hands-on leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, thrives in a dynamic environment, and has a proven track record.
Responsibilities
The base salary range for this role is $180,000 - 225,000 annually, which is just one aspect of our total compensation package. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth within the A&D market.
- Lead efforts to define and enhance the company's brand positioning, ensuring a consistent identity across all marketing channels and campaigns.
- Direct and oversee all marketing activities, including design, digital marketing, advertising, PR, content creation, and product marketing, ensuring cohesive and impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Attend trade shows and trade events; secure speaking engagements and participate in A&D-focused industry groups; manage existing continuing education programs for architects.
- Manage market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities, utilizing insights to refine marketing strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, setting clear goals, and guiding the team to execute effectively and cross-functionally with other departments.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in related marketing, including leadership roles, with a strong track record driving growth.
- Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute marketing plans aligned with business goals, and to guide and inspire teams to achieve objectives.
- Success with running and managing trade shows, education programs, and outreach in the A&D community.
- Deep understanding of market trends, and industry dynamics in the architecture & design industries, leveraging insights to develop innovative marketing tactics.
- Expertise in brand management and communication, with the ability to craft compelling narratives, messaging, and visual identities across various channels.
- Proficiency in using analytics, metrics, and market research tools to drive data-driven decisions, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing performance for maximum ROI.
- You will be working onsite from our San Rafael, CA office. Core hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
