What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Paralegal position at Link Logistics Real Estate?

The Real Estate Paralegal is responsible for lease drafting and negotiating for Link’s asset management team, including the Link Business Park division. The Real Estate Paralegal will also assist various department team members and lawyers with delegated matters or projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft, revise and proof-read various real estate documents, including, but not limited to leases; amendments and terminations; consent requests; audit requests; access agreements; tenant notice letters; landlord waivers; license agreements; listing and commission agreements; NDAs; telecom agreements
- Review and interpret legal documents, such as leases and title reports
- Assist with execution of documents
- Organize and save property-related documents
- Assist with department-wide projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Paralegal professional with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, BA degree preferred, and paralegal certification preferred
- Experience in operation of commercial real estate required
- Experience with legal and transactional documentation, including leases and ancillary lease documentation required
- Background in lease drafting
- Excellent organization, technical, and interpersonal skills required
- Excellent written and oral communications skills required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Teams
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company
- Experience with SharePoint, Yardi, DocuSign, and LegalTracker helpful but not required
- Notary Public preferred
