Job Description

Link Solutions is seeking a PKI Service Desk Technician to join our team in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

• Must be a US Citizen 
• Swing-Shift (shift info below)
• Non-remote (relocation incentive available)

The PKI Service Desk Technician will provide technical and system support for the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) Center on Fort Huachuca. You will work across many teams and high-level managers in the organization to design, lead, manage, maintain, and track assets, deploy, implement, troubleshoot, and support the workforce environment. In this position, you will provide CAC/PKI and RA/LRA functions related to the creation, revocation, suspension, and issuance of NIPRNET Alternate Smart Card Logon (ASCL), SIPRNET, and Deployed Forces network tokens associated PKI credentialing for daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance and support for all Enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technology.
• Assist end-users with certificate-related issues.
• Administer the PKI certificate lifecycle for various applications and solutions.
• Provide End-user certificate support for certificates.
• Maintain a key service of PKI systems.
• Support certificate requests, escalating to senior members as needed
• Maintain, support, and troubleshoot PKI systems.
• Participate in projects to deploy new PKI applications and services.
• Implement changes to the PKI infrastructure and change control policies and procedures.

• SWING-Shift
• Sunday - Thursday
• 2:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security CE, CCNA Security Training, CySA , GICSP, GSEC) equivalent or higher.
• AA/AS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with a comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts or two (2 ) years of relevant experience.
• Current Computing Environment (CE) certification (required within 90 days of performance start date).
• Analytical skills: be able to use various tools and methods to monitor and evaluate the performance and security of PKI systems. 
• Customer service skills: be able to communicate effectively with customers who have different levels of technical knowledge and expectations.
• Cybersecurity skills: have a basic understanding of the security principles and practices that are essential for protecting customer data and PKI systems.
• Problem-solving skills: be able to analyze and diagnose problems that customers encounter with PKI systems, such as certificate errors, access issues, encryption failures, etc.

Preferred:

• Active T3 security clearance.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with a comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts.
• Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) servers experience.
• Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
