Job Description
This role will be based in either NY, SF, Sunnyvale, Carpinteria, Chicago, Seattle, or remote depending on which location the applicant chosen for the role is currently residing as long as they are in the U.S.

One way in which our team supports creators is through scaled efforts — helping to reach and inspire creators using 1:many support tactics. LinkedIn is looking for an Associate Creator Manager to help develop and execute our scaled communications efforts. This person should be passionate about working with our members, finding new and engaging ways to reach them at scale, have an innovation mindset and be willing to jump in to problem-solve both the small and the big issues. We’re looking for a person who’s energized by building conversation and connecting with the community, and who has a desire to work in a fast-moving space where experimentation is key.
Responsibilities:
Help test and iterate on the foundational community management program.
Vet and help onboard members into low-touch support programs.
Use data-driven methods to experiment and iterate on low-touch support tactics.
Work with other Creator Managers to develop low-touch programming, highlight team-wide initiatives or opportunities for creators, and more.
Write and program content for low-touch creator communications.
Use topics and trends to create content prompts for creators at scale.
Execute against creator goals, as set by Creator and Senior Creator managers.
Work on key team projects, particularly through the lens of how they can be adapted to scale.
Act as an evangelist for creators and LinkedIn’s Content Experience team both internally and externally.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
2 years of experience
Experience working with groups of creators, or in another community or customer-based function
Preferred Qualifications:
BS/BA degree OR equivalent experience
Strong community-building skills
Strong organizational skills
Experience with professional writing, ideally in the form of external content creation
Passion for executing on strategy and helping iterate to improve it
Strong communicator, able to talk/share internally and externally about what LinkedIn is building/experiencing
Persuasive communicator in multiple forms, especially in writing and presenting before groups of all sizes
Ideal candidate is a LinkedIn power user who is passionate about how we can help individuals and organizations to learn

As required by C.R.S. § 8-5-201(2): (Colorado only) The minimum pay for this role is 72k base salary. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
