Summary:
LinQuest is seeking a Manpower Analyst to join our team. The military Manpower Analyst will support various military and defense-related projects by providing expert analysis and recommendations on manpower requirements and utilization. This role requires a deep understanding of military operations, personnel management, and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Manage tracking mechanism for all personnel assigned to the command.
- Manage training readiness and develop reports for all deployed personnel.
- Coordinate with readiness personnel to ensure deployment actions are complete through higher headquarters.
- Assist in development of guidance/policies for establishing and maintaining personnel accountability for all deployed personnel.
- Conduct details analysis of manpower requirements, utilization, and efficiency.
- Identify gaps, redundancies and opportunities for optimization in force management.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of current manpower utilization across various units and departments.

Provide routine updates and analysis informing force management decisions.

Create and maintain personnel data and records, which includes tracking allocations

Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to manpower and personnel.

Maintain accurate records and data repositories and update manpower databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and briefings for senior leadership.

Manage and support various projects related to manpower planning and resource allocation.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Work closely with military and civilian personnel, including senior leadership, to understand and address manpower needs. Collaborate with other analysts and stakeholders to develop integrated manpower solutions.

Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of military operations and personnel management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Military Science).
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in manpower analysis or a related field, with at least 2 years of military experience.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Relevant certifications in manpower analysis or project management.
- Additional experience in a defense or military environment, particularly in roles involving strategic planning and resource management.
