Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for business development
- Generate leads through various channels to expand the customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Manage B2B sales processes from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the custom millwork/construction field.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and account management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software

Pay: $64,932.00 - $76,390.00 per year
