Job Description:
As a Front Desk Associate - Sales Specialist, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and enhancing the overall customer experience. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who excels in sales, social media engagement, and customer relations. This role will also involve minor housekeeping tasks to ensure the cleanliness and organization of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a positive and memorable experience from the moment they walk in.
• Utilize your sales expertise to promote memberships, classes, and retail products, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Engage with customers both in-person and via social media platforms to build relationships, answer inquiries, and generate interest in our services.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer and the business.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness at the front desk area and throughout the facility, including light housekeeping duties such as sweeping, organizing equipment, and replenishing supplies.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing To The Top Boxing Club positively in all interactions and promoting our values and offerings.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to continuously improve our sales and service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in a fitness or wellness setting, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and build rapport.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing techniques to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for helping others and creating memorable experiences.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
