These are not things that any one Lion, club or district can do alone. But together, we can. We are currently looking for a Quality Control Coordinator to join our team and rise to the challenge of empowering service.
Position Highlights:
Coordinate donations and recognitions workflow and ensure accurate and timely processing and fulfillment. Coordinate donor support/stewardship and response workflow through accurate and efficient research, resolution, and support to all donor inquiries
What You’ll Do:
- Each processing coordinator will be assigned to one of the following areas:
Donations
- Coordinate daily donations workflow and productivity of the processing team to ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming LCIF donations.
- Conduct quality assurance on all donation data entry and ensure data integrity. This includes running reports, reviewing entries, and conducting research in various databases.
- Complete data adjustments
- Support processing team by answering processing questions, conducting training, and monitoring team productivity.
- Oversee daily closings and assist management with monthly and yearly reconciliations
Recognitions
Coordinate recognitions workflow and productivity of processing team to ensure accurate and timely processing and fulfillment of LCIF recognitions
- Conduct quality assurance on all recognition data entry and ensure data integrity. This includes running reports, reviewing entries and conducting research in various databases.
- Complete data adjustments
- Support processing team by answering processing questions, conducting training, and monitoring team productivity.
- Monitor recognition inventory and coordinate fulfillment for board meetings, forums, and conventions.
Donor Assistance
- Supports management team on the development and implementation of customer service and donor stewardship improvement strategies.
- Coordinate inquiry handling workflow and productivity of donor assistance team to ensure timely responses and high-quality donor stewardship.
- Provide support and guidance to team members on complex and/or sensitive inquiries.
- Support management team on training and updating team members on policies, procedures, and business rules.
- Collaborates with multiple teams and provides support on various recognition events, local forums, and conventions.
We’re Looking for Someone With:
- College degree (Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college) preferred and a minimum of three years in a relatively complex, clerical position or an equivalent amount of experience and training.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Experience with developing reports and or database management is preferred.
- Ability to develop and maintain an effective working relationship with management and employees.
- Ability to train others and provide effective direction to lower-level staff is essential.
- Comfort with operating in multiple different databases and technical solutions.
- Ability to learn new processes and rapidly adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.
