Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Job Description: The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the Liquid Audio warehouse operation and leading the warehouse team. It is expected that this individual is both an individual contributor and team manager. This individual will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Job Responsibilities:
o Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
o Manage Liquid Audio warehouse operations:
- Verify proper receipt of all incoming shipments
- Pick items from inventory
- Prepare bundles (kits) incorporating multiple items into a single package
- Prepare outgoing shipments
- Schedule shipments to Amazon FBA using Amazon Seller Central
o Control warehouse inventory using Finale inventory management system
o Manage the warehouse team to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and warehouse performance metrics are met
o Investigate warehouse issues (inventory count discrepancies, shipping errors, missing bundle components, etc) and implement corrective actions
o Support company growth objectives
o Manage the warehouse facility, including maintenance of forklift
o Foster a culture of safety and accountability through adherence to all company procedures
o With support of COO, develop and continuously improve procedures and work instructions
o Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
o Detail-oriented and able to accurately compare product shipments to packing lists
o Able to work 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime as needed
o Must pass a full background check and drug screen
o Good communication and teamwork skills
o Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
o Basic computer and math skills for inventory tracking and reporting
o 5-10 years of relevant work experience
o The following items are a plus, but are not required:
- Experience operating a forklift
- Experience working with Amazon FBA or other ecommerce fulfillment partners
- Experience working with Finale or other inventory management software
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
