Since 1998, Liquid Ice has been a provider of commercial foodservice repair services, equipment sales, and frozen beverage syrups throughout New England and upstate NY.
Equipment serviced includes coffee brewers, espresso and cappuccino brewers, soda fountains, beer taps, frozen beverage dispensers, F’real blenders, icemakers, juice machines, and more. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Repair and Installation of Equipment Such as: Frozen Beverage, Fountain Soda, Coffee Brewers, Espresso Machines, Refrigerated Equipment, Ice Makers, Other Food Service Equipment
- Perform Preventative Maintenance on Equipment
- Provide Superior Customer Service
- Must Have the Ability to Generate Profit After Expenses
- Managing Parts Inventory on Assigned Service Vehicle
- Maintain Service and Upkeep of Assigned Service Vehicle
- Follow Company Procedures for Processing Work Tickets/Warranty Claims/Ordering Parts Required to Complete Repairs
- Safely Driving Company Vehicle
Working Relationships: Service Manager, Service Coordinator, Purchasing Specialist, Billing Specialist, Warehouse Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Use of Smartphone/Tablet, Including Email
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Driver's License with Good Driving Record
- Mechanically Inclined
- Knowledge in Use of Hand Tools, Power Tools, Multi-Meter, Smart Phone/Tablet, Search Engines
- Must Have Own Basic Tools
- Frequent Heavy Lifting, Twisting, Bending
- Ability to Climb Ladders, Work in Small Spaces
- Must be Able to Travel to Several Locations Throughout the Day and Work Independently
- Must have Superior Customer Service Skills
- Availability to Work Nights, Weekends, Holidays
- Tue-Sat or Sun-Thursday Work Schedule
- Able to Lift, Carry, Push, Pull 50 lbs Independently
