Liquid Motors is a technology company located in Addison, TX. We serve the automotive remarketing industry by providing a multi-platform listing tool that allows customers to list vehicles to digitally integrated wholesale marketplaces in a streamlined manner.
What you’ll do:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Account Management Representative to join our growing team. As an Account Management Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our valued clients, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for handling phone and email inquires.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of assigned client accounts
- Proactively reach out to clients to build relationships and identify business opportunities
- Provide training over digital meetings to enhance client engagement in our system
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise with clients
- Communicate with management on business initiatives and projects
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 years of experience in customer service or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply basic concepts of math.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and reports, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondences, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, vendors, and the general public.
