Qualifications and Skills
Ideal Candidates would possess the following qualifications:
- 3 years of previous Management experience
- A Friendly, Positive attitude
- Deliver the full dining experience to our guests
- Serv-Safe Certified
- Possess a Louisiana Alcoholic Beverage Bar Card
- Ability to manage a P&L to attain the company’s financial goals and objectives
- Ability to achieve financial goals and execute daily operations at a high level.
- Strong “People Management” and communication skills used to manage and motivate a diverse employee group on a daily basis with a team effort orientation
- Ability to ensure highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation throughout the entire restaurant
- Basic knowledge of how to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to train, develop, and lead a team to achieve our and their future goals
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized restaurant.
- Must be flexible in work schedule and hours based on operational needs
