We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups or sales campaigns
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM software
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Sales experience is beneficial for upselling opportunities
- Multilingual capabilities are an advantage for diverse customer interactions
