What are the responsibilities and job description for the LC Store Manager In Training position at Little Caesars Pizza?
Little Caesars is looking for a motivated individual(s) who are independent and strong leaders. We are hiring for our Store Manager in Training program to find those who are willing to take over store management roles/responsibilities after the completion of their 6 week training program. Minimum of 1 week PTO within the first 6 months and available for further PTO after the completion of year 1.
Qualifications
The Store Manager must:
1.Minimum of one ( 1) year experience in a Store/General Management role.
2.Be at least 18 years of age.
3.Proven track record in promoting staff including crew members to Crew Leaders, Crew Leaders to Assistant Managers .
4. Working knowledge of local store marketing techniques, sales building and a proven track record of controlling costs.
5. Possess strong management, team building and communication skills.
6. Knowledge of how to read and analyze profit and loss statements.
7.Be interviewed by Executive Team
8. Ability to work a varied, 40-50 hr work week, including evenings and weekends, under pressure and stressful situations.
9.Possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence with a driving record maintained within company guidelines. Possess a reliable vehicle and auto insurance as a primary to complete daily banking and delivery responsibilities as directed by Manager or Supervisor.
10. The U.S. Department of Justice (INS Division) requires that each Team Member provide documentation that proves their eligibility to work in the United States.
