Your Mission
In this role, you will ensure management among all Operations support activities for Canada. You will assist and coordinate Training activities, Development support, New Site processing, Operations Review support, Sales reporting, equipment distribution coordination and similar activities. You will supervise the Zone Managers activities under his assigned area, promoting their development and the franchisees they serve.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Hire, train and supervise the Zone Managers within the assigned area.
Have a close relationship with the franchisees of the assigned area, to be able to consult on their needs and to promote the growth in sales, store count, PSA, proper resources allocation.
Keep close communication with other areas such as Marketing and training to create the adequate rapport and to constantly elevate the performance at his assigned area.
Create the adequate tools providing the Zone Managers under his area the development required for them and for their franchisees.
Manage the Site Approval process. Input and track all SEF requests for International franchisee and ensure request moves through the internal system and communicate any concerns with appropriate staff. Ensures store openings are properly recorded on internal systems.
Analyze data and trends and communicate any concerns with appropriate staff, regarding International Operations Reviews completed.
Communicate changes of procedures, policy, etc. to Zone Managers.
Work closely with Research and Development to implement new products and procedures and communications to franchises.
Provide input into department budget, monitors and recommends variance explanations as needed.
Counsel international franchisees on recruiting, personnel and training issues. Visit franchisees to evaluate their operation and allocate required resources for their appropriate operation. Present workshops at annual conventions and business conferences.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s Degree in business related field.
At least three (3) years’ experience in QSR Operations.
Ability to travel by airplane and/or automobile.
Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Computer knowledge and expertise.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Works in a normal office environment, as well as restaurant environments.
