We are looking for someone preferably with Fast Food/Quick Service experience that is friendly and outgoing. This individual will ideally have experience with hiring, training, managing inventory, food costs, labor costs, managing a crew of 8 or more employees at a time, and most importantly focusing on customer service and product quality. This is a working manager position, meaning there is no back office to sit in. The manager works along with the crew and paperwork portion of the job is only 5-10 hours a week.
We have had great success promoting from within and would consider someone with less experience that was willing to work their way up into the role. Depending on experience these positions would depend on the starting pay.

JOB SUMMARY: This position oversees the day-to-day operation of a Restaurant facility that serves proprietary and/or brand food products and beverages. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the business unit’s sales, profitability, expense control, inventory, customer service, safety and condition. Emphasis is placed on customer service, supervision of staff, and operating within the scope of Company and/or brand policies and standards and applicable laws. This position reports directly to the District Manager. The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum 1-year Management Experience working in customer service, preferably Restaurant, Fast Food or Retail industry.
- Management experience supervising a staff of at least 8 people at one given time preferred
- Experience managing food and labor costs preferred
- Experience managing and creating schedules preferred
- Experience in training and motivating a staff of 10 or more preferred
- Experience in managing and increasing sales
- Ability to work 45 hours a week including nights and weekends
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass the State of MO Food Service Sanitation Class
