We are currently hiring a RESTAURANT MANAGER.
This position oversees the day-to-day operation of a Restaurant facility that serves proprietary and/or brand food products and beverages. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the business unit’s sales, profitability, expense control, inventory, customer service, safety, and condition. Emphasis is placed on customer service, supervision of staff, and operating within the scope of Company and/or brand policies and standards and applicable laws. This position reports directly to the District Manager. This is a working manager position, meaning there is no back office to sit in. The manager works alongside the crew and is expected to do everything they would ask of their crew and the administrative portion is only 5-10 hours a week. The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum 1 year of Management Experience working in customer service, preferably in Restaurant, Fast Food, Quick Service, or Retail industry.
- Management experience supervising a staff of at least at least 7 people at one given time preferred
- Experience managing food and labor costs preferred
- Experience managing and creating schedules preferred
- Experience in training and motivating a staff of 10 or more preferred
- Experience in managing and increasing sales
- Ability to work 45 hours a week including nights and weekends
- Friendly and outgoing
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass the State of IL Food Service Sanitation Class
