What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep Manager position at Little Caesars?
Little Caesars, America’s best value in pizza, is looking for energetic and fun people to join our team at our location in Highland. We are hiring hourly Shift Lead Managers for the morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
We are currently seeking a Dough Prep Manager. Your responsibilities will include prepping dough, making sure the dough counts are correct, checking for shortages, training assistant dough prep personnel and communicating effectively and in a timely manner with the General Manager.
This is a full-time position and you will also be closing on shifts. The store closes at 8 PM Monday-Thursday and Sunday. The store closes at 9 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. The staff (including dough prep manager) leaves shortly after closing time once all tasks are completed.
