POSITION SUMMARYUnder the direction of the General Management team of Little Saint, the Floor Manager will work directly with staff, guests and the management team in creating memorable dining experiences for our customers, continually improving our quality of service, and help our team reach their full potential. The Floor Manager will assist in scheduling, training, procedure creation and adherence. This position requires a full-time commitment and open availability.

- Ability to provide warm, humble, and knowledgeable service
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Polite and engaging
- Neat and well-groomed appearance
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
