Brand Experience Coordinator
Job Posting for Brand Experience Coordinator at Little Words Project
Little Words Project is looking for a Brand Experience Coordinator to help plan and execute Brand Experience events, facilitate VIP/customer relations, and manage our giveback initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage logistics, prepare inventory and materials for activations, pop-up shops, and VIP events
- Organize and represent LWP at pop-up events, connect with customers, and execute sales
- Facilitate VIP client and Influencer gifting
- Moderate and post content in the Nice Nation Facebook group
- Coordinate administrative tasks associated with non-profit partnerships
- Manage workflow for fundraising requests, including submitting bulk orders and sending donations
- Conduct ongoing research on trends and benchmarking regarding potential brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and activations
- Research and book travel for Brand Experience team members, as needed
- Attend Brand Experience meetings and external partner calls, record minutes, and follow up with action items
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of related work experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing events
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
- Budget management experience.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to grow as a team and business
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
- Open to travel and occasional weekend work
