Live Guard Tech, LLC is a remote security surveillance company providing an effective crime and vandalism service to several industries in Arizona, California and Nevada.
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative for the California territory. This position will call on Construction Companies, Homeowner Associations, Commercial Properties and Industrial Sites to name a few and demonstrate our concept and provide a comprehensive proposal on how to protect their property.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish contact with prospective clients.
- Schedule and perform product demonstrations with clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Communicate with the main office regarding sales leads and proposals.
- Willing to travel within the California region and potentially to Arizona and Nevada.
- Attend Trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contacts.
- Generate and submit sales reports to Management.
- Training will be provided on products and sales techniques
Skills:
- Self motivated and organized
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and problem solving abilities
- 2 years sales experience preferred
- Confidence with cold calling
- Construction industry knowledge is a plus
Salary:
- Base salary plus commissions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
