What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Paralegal position at LIVEONNY?
Manages the day-to-day operations of contract management programs and projects, and serves as project manager for the Contract Management, Corporate Compliance Management, and Regulatory Compliance Lifecycle.
Drafts legal documents such as contracts, term sheets, etc. as well as boiler-plate templates and forms.
Conducts research and analyzes statutes, regulations, legal articles that impact LiveOnNY business and provides written references and analysis.
Creates library of approved contract terms and conditions, conducts and manages litigation hold process on claims, drafts pitches and proposals, and manages data and information lifecycle.
Updates corporate and regulatory policies as needed.
In collaboration with other departments, supports the day-to-day operations of regulatory compliance and corporate compliance programs and projects.
Develops and manages detailed project schedules and work plans and provide reporting and updates on projects, programs, and progress. Assists in successfully resolving related issues.
Supports internal and external audits and reporting as directed.
As directed, supports corporate governance in the recording, management and retention of data and information required for supporting the Board of Directors committees and meetings and bylaws.
Maintains records. Files documents and manage document folders.
Provides administrative and operation support including data entry and analysis to the Chief of Staff as needed.
Follows standard operating procedures to ensure compliance of self and others with corporate/regulatory compliance and contract management programs and projects.
