```manager position Duties```
- Manage all aspects of the business, including operations, finances, and staff
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Handle cash handling and financial transactions accurately
- Sell products or services to customers and provide excellent customer service
- Interview, hire, and train employees
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure compliance with company policies
- Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Supervise staff to ensure they meet performance expectations
- Monitor market trends and adjust business strategies accordingly

```Experience```
- Proven experience in managing a business or team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle cash handling and financial transactions accurately
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- Knowledge of employee orientation procedures and compliance with company policies
- Ability to develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Previous experience in market analysis and adjusting business strategies
