Position Summary The SEO Analyst will be focused on technical and keywords SEO audits to identify gaps and optimization opportunities. Will collaborate with the in-house SEO team on optimization best practices and ideas. Will monitor search engine optimization (SEO) results, analyze website metrics, and optimize HTML to improve the ranking and quality of organic search results. Supports the development and implementation of SEO strategies, including data and technical analysis, on-page optimization, content gap analysis, internal linking, competitive research and reporting.Position DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Conduct in-depth technical SEO site and website architecture audits to improve website performance
Audit and update no-index tags, redirects, robots.txt, CMS pages, and other SEO related tags
Track and monitor SEO keyword research, opportunities and build competitive analysis reports
Monitor backlink analysis reports and collaborate with the content team on outreach opportunities
Manage and audit XML sitemaps
Build and manage complex performance dashboards to report on KPIs using Excel, Alteryx, Google Analytics, Big Query, Tableau and Google Data Studio
Automate reports with Python or SQL
Monitor and update product features, attributes, internal search pages
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on SEO best practices to increase product assortment and E-Commerce revenue
Monitor ranking changes, traffic fluctuations and Search Engine algorithm updates
Manage and analyze ad hoc reports when needed
Analyze SEO reports for a large-scale, 1M monthly unique visitors
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in business, mathematics, technical field, or related field. 5 years of experience in E-Commerce Digital analytics role using the Google Analytics, Google Cloud, Tableau platforms. Prior experience analyzing SEO reports for a large-scale, 1M monthly unique visitors. Solid understanding of website design & development. Strong project management skills to successfully interpret data into actionable tasks. Working knowledge of EpiServer CMS or any e-commerce CMS platforms.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience in Microsoft 365 products. Must have strong Excel and data visualization skills. Advance experience in SEO tools, such as Screaming Frog, Botify, DeepCrawl, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Googdle Trends,, STAT, Google Analytics, Alteryx, Tableau. Must have advanced Botify or DeepCrawl website crawling/reporting experience. Basic proficiency with HTML and understanding of JavaScript. Knowledge of Python and SQL programming languages is a huge plus. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Certificates and Licenses: Google Analytics and Botify certification is preferred.
Position Hiring RangeThe hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.
$79,725.00 - $106,300.00Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive a team bonus based on meeting specific monthly goals and KPI's. Bonus amounts are based on the level of achievement and the total hours worked during the bonus eligible month.
