Job Summary
As part of our Human Resources team, you recruit qualified professionals for understaffed departments. Our perfect candidate has at least one year of professional experience in a human resources environment and experience in business, human resources, or similar relevant field.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruit new professionals for vacant positions
- Assist with screening, hiring, and onboarding procedure development
- Make sure all employee files are kept in compliance.
- Help employees with any work related issues.
- Track employee annual testing
· Excellent organization and leadership abilities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Prior experience in a human resources department
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with standard office and presentation software and platforms
· Detail oriented, expert communicators and good decision makers.
· Ensure that company's labor requirements and needs are fulfilled.
