We’re looking for a human-centric Jr. Graphic Designer to join our team at livingHR.

Job Description

A day in the life could look like: 

  • Working directly with the Design and Creative Managers to deliver on design briefs and requirements 
  • Identifying design needs and continuously elevating the quality of work for our clients 
  • Creating drafts and models for review 
  • Refining presentations, documents, handbooks, culture guides, culture frameworks/internal-facing brand identities, etc.  
  • Taking on specific design tasks to support many projects underway 
  • Collaborating with client account teams to ideate and “blue sky” design ideas 
  • Pitching creative ideas for design challenges and opportunities 

Qualifications

We’d love it if you: 

  • Want to use your creative talents to make a difference in the lives of humans at work 
  • Possess experience with the tools to be successful in your discipline such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat), Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop, Go Animate, etc., as well as the Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Word, etc.) 
  • Thrive working in a results-oriented and collaborative team setting while being extremely hands-on and agile 
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree (preferred) and a minimum of 1 years of work experience in field within a freelance or agency setting 
  • Enjoy thinking strategically to align perspectives, voices, and opinions 
  • Lead with curiosity and interest in the best work product, not the easiest or fastest
