Inventory Management and Customer Support
We are looking for competent individual with communication and organizational skills to manage inventory and assist customers with any questions for online sustainable brand.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill orders once a week
- Answer customer service questions via email and social media
- Responsible for reconciling inventory: managing incoming inventory, returns and exchanges
- Coordinate influencer marketing and schedule social media content
Skills
- Experience with inventory control or exceptional organizational skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Must have some experience working in retail or order fulfillment with an interest in working with a growing sustainable brand
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
