As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overall branch performance, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, personnel, sales, inventory, and gross margin. This role assists in all departments, including but not limited to warehouse, inside sales, and outside sales. You will play a vital role in the team by also providing leadership, employee direction, and motivation. In addition, the role establishes and maintains a close working relationship with the General Manager as second in command. Essential Job Duties:
- Instill in all employees the desire to provide customers with excellent service, courteous treatment, and quality products.
- Coaches and motivates qualified staff.
- Manage key performance indicators relative to sales growth, productivity, inventory control, and profit margins.
- Monitor branch sales plans and objectives.
- Manages and monitors all departments within the designated budget.
- Maintain compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws, statutes, and regulations, as well as all Company policies and procedures.
- Comply with all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe and hazard-free workplace.
- Support the continual improvement of Keystone Automotive Industries' quality improvement system.
- Assumes other duties as assigned
