What are the responsibilities and job description for the Childcare Teachers position at LLE Education Group?
We have immediate opening for Teachers, Assistant Teachers and Lead Teachers at our Fredericksburg, VA locations.
By joining the teachers at the LLE Education Group, you will become part of a team with the great responsibility of the care and education of a group of children. Using lesson plans and tools designed for the age level of the class, you will help the children grow and develop. You will also communicate with the family members of the children and other team members, to create and maintain relationships that will help meet the need of each child.
New hires will be eligible for up to a five hundred dollar bonus.
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, prefer some college course work related to early childhood education
- Minimum 6 months field-related experience (Teachers and Lead Teachers)
- Must have reliable attendance and accountability
- Flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the school and program
- Successful background check and VA licensing standards required
