What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at LM Funding?
LM Funding is currently looking for quality sales representatives to join our team in both full and part time roles. LM Funding is a publicly held specialty finance company with over a decade of experience helping condo and homeowner associations across the state of Florida. We offer a variety of financial services to protect associations cash flow and assist with the collection of delinquent assessments. We are looking for intelligent individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to represent us in their home and neighboring condo or homeowner’s association as we continue to help Associations throughout Florida.
Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish relationships with your and neighboring Condo/Homeowner Associations
- Match Associations needs with appropriate LM Funding financials products
- Attend Association board meetings in person and/or by phone
- Serve as our liaison to your association’s board
- Represent LM Funding at local Community Association Institute (CAI) trade shows and events
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree. Real Estate, Finance, or related field a plus
- Sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Any of the following licenses a plus: Real Estate Sales Associate, Mortgage Broker, Community Association Manager, Notary
- Past or present service as association board member or strong recommendation from board members
Salary : $36,500 - $46,300
