Job Responsibilities
- Accountable for effective management of the kitchen and kitchen staff
- Contribute to the creation of a dynamic, cost effective, delicious, and influencer-friendly menu and ensuring that menu stays relevant
- Manage the facility to ensure cleanliness standards are met, routine maintenance is performed, and all repair needs are addressed in a timely manner
- Ensure that all product is received, stored, prepared, held, and served in accordance with federal, state, local, and company standard
- Manage Heart of House labor including forecasting, staffing, scheduling, and adjusting to meet the needs of the business
- Manage Heart of House personnel including setting goals, training, and developing, and evaluating performance
- Manage Cost of Goods including ordering, production schedules, waste, and service
- Engage with guests and vendors in a manner that is aligned with our Vision, Mission, and Values
Position Requirements
- Two (2) years’ experience at the sous chef or execute chef level
- Heart of House experience with escalating responsibility throughout career history
- Competency using MS Office software and various applications/technology to manage controllables
- SERV Safe Certification
- Ability to travel up to 50% within NC and FL
