Service Technician Location : Candidates considered within 40 miles of market area Schedule : 40 hours / week (Hours may vary by market) On-Call Availability : Required Pay Range : $19-28 / HR Potential Bonuses (Dependent on Market) Job Summary : As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of equipment within your designated market area.
This role requires technical expertise, mechanical aptitude, and strong problem-solving skills to ensure equipment is serviced to the highest standards.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns and ensure equipment operates efficiently. Install new equipment and parts according to company protocols and manufacturer specifications.
Customer Interaction : Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and offering solutions to meet their needs.
Educate customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance to prolong the life of their systems. Documentation and Reporting : Accurately complete work orders, time sheets, and inventory logs.
Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including diagnostics and repairs. Safety and Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Comply with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations. Team Collaboration : Work closely with the technical support team for complex troubleshooting and repair needs.
Collaborate with other technicians to share knowledge and improve service delivery. Qualifications : Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial HVAC, refrigeration, or a related technical field.
Certifications : EPA certification preferred. Additional certifications relevant to HVAC and refrigeration are a plus. Requirements : Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR check required).
