Lone Mountain Land Company (LMLC) manages the planning, entitlement, building, marketing, and sale of premier real estate communities around Big Sky, Montana. The company supports world-class operations at Spanish Peaks Mountain Club and Moonlight Basin and oversees real estate activities at Spanish Peaks, Moonlight Basin, Big Sky Town Center, and other projects in the Big Sky region.
Position Summary:
At Lone Mountain Land Company, the position of Seasonal Groundskeeper is an integral part of our organization and community. This position will be responsible for ensuring that the exterior grounds of all Lone Mountain Land Company owned facilities and Town Center Owners Association (TCOA) grounds are kept in the most presentable condition possible. You will utilize your excellent organizational and time management skills while at the same time performing any additional mechanical or upkeep needs necessary to maintain said grounds and facilities.
This position can expand into a full-time, year-round position for the correct applicant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily removal of all exterior trash and debris

Snow removal at LMLC owned properties
- Including hand and machine-operated work
- Assist with TCOA set up and breakdown of specified events (i.e., Christmas Stroll)
- Maintain all exterior grounds that LMLC manages and owns
- Evening, weekend, and holiday event coverage when applicable
- Parking lot management and enforcement of rules
- Holiday lighting & decorations

Qualifications
