Load Trail in Sumner is seeking a Quality Control Technician experienced in visual inspection to join the Quality Control Team. Quality Control Technicians are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of trailers before they proceed to finishing and/or shipping.
QC Tech Responsibilities:
- Performs 100% Visual Inspection of parts and trailers
- Inspects aspects such as part placement, paint quality, and bolt torque
- Checks work order accuracy
- Reports to Supervisor about any quality deficiencies in final product
- Reports mistakes and tracks the Daily Information
- Maintain accurate records in a data entry system
- Report the outcome of each part and/or trailer inspected
- Performs project specific inspection
- Other duties as assigned
