We are seeking a strategic Chief Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.

  • Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels.

  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Lead efforts to acquire and retain customers through targeted campaigns and engagement strategies.

  • Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives across various channels, leveraging technology and data-driven insights.

  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in senior marketing roles with a track record of driving successful strategies.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and customer acquisition/retention.
  • Experience in mortgage industry is a plus.
