Role
Report to the Regional or Branch Manager
Adhere to the growth strategy provided by Management
Responsibilities
Perform tasks of a Loan Advisor
Maintain and develop client and partner relationships.
The client manager will help make the public more aware of Loan Factory and bring in revenue.
Client manager must have a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and knowledge of the competition.
Work with Marketing team and other Departments to develop creative solutions for existing clients, as well as pursue new clientele opportunities.
Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards
Counseling any employees struggling in their roles
Creating an office budget and ensuring all employees follow it
Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required
Interviewing and training new office employees and organizing their employment paperwork
Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
Additional administrative duties as assigned by the Leadership team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field. Equivalent experience is acceptable
- Ability to motivate others on a team and help them succeed
- Multitasking skills and the ability to tend to multiple problems at a time
- Problem-solving skills, especially in situations of high stress
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, laws, company policy, goals, and standards
- Organizational skills to manage large amounts of information
- Ability to generate a variety of reports and presentations displaying regional performance
- Strong customer service skills in the areas of handling disputes and treating customers with care
Job type: Full-time
Based Pay: $40,000-$50,000 per year
