Position Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Facilities Coordinator to assist with the management of our retail office spaces.

The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our physical spaces, including offices, equipment, and common areas. Responsibilities :

  • Receives, logs, sorts and delivers various types of mail to all departments and executives on a daily basis.
  • Administers and maintains various national vendor accounts for branch locations.
  • Responsible for initiating, setup, maintain and renew business licenses in accordance with each municipality.
  • Responsible for running various routine reports as needed. Oversee office moves, renovations, and other facility-related projects.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of facility management policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address their facility-related needs and requirements.
  • Provides related Facilities administrative support in order to assist the line of business.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements :

  • High School Degree or equivalent preferred and a minimum of one (1) years’ experience working in a similar field.
  • Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to : Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules on a short-term and long-term basis.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.

The base pay for this role is between $19.71 and $29.81 / hr. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge / skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
