```Duties```
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
- Provide sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
- Experience in account management and customer relationship building.
- Technical sales experience, particularly in the technology industry, is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
