Description:Lockheed Martin in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an RF Engineer for the analysis, design, integration, and test of a missile communication system containing complex RF circuits and components. The candidate must possess a fundamental understanding of the development and test of RF circuit card assemblies as applied to communication systems. This effort will focus on RF CCA trade studies, design, testing, and integration & test support.
The candidate will work in a multi-disciplined environment including electrical, mechanical, software, system, and integration engineers. The engineer will have the opportunity to review requirements and conduct trade studies. Knowledge of system development and test in other EE disciplines including power circuits, analog circuits, FPGAs, signal processing, and firmware development is useful. Demonstrated RF integration and test experience is desired.
The candidate must be able to analyze gain, noise, and linearity budgets as well as perform frequency planning and spurious analysis as part of the design process. The ideal candidate will have experience with RF design tools such as ADS, SystemVue, Microwave Office, PADS, HFSS, and/or CST. MATLAB experience is desired.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in EE from an accredited institution
Experience with RF circuit card design required.
Experience with RF system integration and test
Experience with RF test equipment and measurement techniques, and RF modelling and simulation tools
Experience working in multi-functional engineering teams
Desired Skills:
Experience with antenna array development and test
Experience with EDA schematic capture and layout tools such as Xpedition and HyperLynx
Experience with project management
Clearance Level: Secret
