Description:This Program Manager will be responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of the Apache M-TADS/PNVS Refurbishment, Reset, and Contractor Field Service Representatives (CFSR) contracts, as well as miscellaneous sustainment/field support efforts. The PM will also lead the overarching Apache Obsolescence program to include M-TADS/PNVS & Longbow Fire Control Radar (FCR) for both production and sustainment. Serve as deputy program manager for USG M-TADS/ PNVS Performance Based Logistics as well as USG FCR Life-Cycle Contractor Support contracts. Spearhead sustainment efforts and coordinate with cross-functional team to execute a successful Special User Evaluation for the Generation II Turret. Responsible for coordinating subordinate functional support related to the execution of the assigned program activities. Coordinates all phases of assigned program from inception through completion of any deliverables and services. Prepares and issues operations directives through the assigned contract functional support to direct tasks to be accomplished in support of program requirements. Obtains bid and proposal budget for the preparation of follow-on proposals. Functions as the proposal manager for proposals and directs the preparation of said proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Participates in the negotiations for related and follow-on contracts. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Develops new business or expands the value offering with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of functional employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing, administrative areas, and logistics.
