In this position the successful candidate will be responsible for the development of training requirements and implementation of courseware to instruct Aircrew/Mission Planner functions, including simulation and scenarios used for customer training. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing highly creative training courses for existing and new systems. The ideal candidate will provide all aspects of aircrew training to the customer personnel at various locations.
The successful candidate must have experience in utilizing technology-based multimedia applications applying both innovative concept and methodologies and technical skills, using multiple media tools for development of applicable courseware to include latest research trends in graphic design, software and training development techniques. Demonstrate Implementation of latest instructional design trends in graphic applicable training aids such as: flight simulators and various applicable part task training devices.
Selected applicant must have an Active Top Secret clearance with a Background Investigation within the last five years to start in this position.
Up to 20% travel required.

Basic Qualifications:
Candidate shall have prior Navy TACAIR Aircrew (Pilot, Weapon System Officer, or Electronic Countermeasure Officer) with CVN operational experience required.
Candidate shall have experience with planning, developing, and facilitating training.
Candidate shall have experience with mission planning, execution, and debriefing.
Candidate shall have technical understanding of mission systems/sub-systems, mission execution concepts, communications and ground control elements, requirements management.

Desired Skills:
Understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and operational employment concepts.
Understanding and application of Naval Aviation Maintenance Programs and Policies.
Demonstrated experience using standard office software tools / solutions e.g., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $115,500 - $217,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
