Job Title: Receptionist
Our front office associates are the heart of our practice-they are the first and last impressions to be made on our patients. Our front office team plays an essentiall role in helping the operations of the office run smoothly and delivering best-in-class patient care. We are looking for an energetic individual who is punctual, organized, loves patients, has a fun and positive outlook and attention to detail.
Job Requirements:

Must be able to interact with all patients calmly and pleasantly
Good communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a productive schedule
Gather all necessary information for claim processing
Coordinate financial agreements and consent forms
Assist patients with understanding their treatment plan
Assist with patient check in, registration and maintain patient health records with strong attention to detail and adherence to HIPAA Privacy Practices
Ensure efficient office operations including scheduling, answering, and returning phone calls, responding to billing inquiries and direction of workflow as necessary
Collect payment
Maintain clean and orginized waiting room

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
