The Call Center Supervisor is the glue that holds the sales team together, provides the training and motivation to the team to reach their individual goals. The Supervisor will be overseeing the sales team and will help develop sales strategies and ensure the company maintains a strong presence in the industry. Will be responsible for sales targets and achieve growth. Will be assisting in the search for the best candidates to join our sales team. Will lead by example in maintaining personal sales goals and generating new business.
