Assist Manager in Sales Strategy Development. Set Sales targets and Motivate Sales Team. Provide training and motivation to Sales Team to reach Sales Goals; Recruit & Train new Sales Staff. Set daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
Develop strategic sales plans that expand the Customer base and ensure the company maintains a strong presence in the industry.
Must be results-driven and sales-oriented people person.
