Sales Manager

LogicManager serves a sophisticated base of risk management professionals engaged in all aspects of risk management from vendor management and incident management to regulatory and financial compliance.  Client companies are in various stages of risk automation and transformation. Yet all have similar goals: transparency in reporting to boards, risk committees, and other executives and efficient and effective operations of risk programs and/or risk activities within an operational function. LogicManager seeks an experienced sales manager to help sales leadership build, grow and manage a scalable sales organization.  LogicManager is experiencing exponential growth both internally and externally. Our goal is to harness growth while maintaining quality of engagement, consistency in performance and quota attainment. We believe that a continuously focused and tuned sales team can easily exceed current and forecasted goals given the volume of activity.   In this role, you will be responsible for helping a pod of sales associates and directors attain and exceed individual and pod quotas. Our sales associates and directors engage clients in a consultative manner through their journey of education, evaluation and purchase of LogicManager’s Integrated Risk Management SaaS Platform.
