Responsibilities:
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work on complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
This includes working with stakeholders to plan requirements, update project schedules, follow up on action items and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
The goal is to support the Program Manager to develop overall integration for the Supply Planning team.
- Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres
- You will have direct experience in project planning and cross functional planning processes.
- Perform ad hoc Reporting, Supply vs. Forecast analysis to identify/mitigate potential supply risks and inventory exposures
- Provide frequent written and verbal status updates on project status/action items
- Work fluidly in a cross-functional team environment involving Supply Chain, Master Data and Business Systems teams.
- Flexible, adaptable and versatile with the ability to pivot quickly as business needs
Job Description:
- A Supply Chain Project Coordinator is responsible for aligning projects with business goals, constructing detailed work plans to achieve milestones, and communicating the results across an audience of key stakeholders.
- Will work closely with cross-functional teams to produce accurate timeline deliverables.
- Prepare briefings and enthusiastic project presentations to obtain executive approval.
- Conduct project meetings.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, economics, physics, math, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 Years of Planning and Logistics operations experience
- Data Analysis/Reporting experience with concise ability to explain and convey numbers.
- Ability to communicate across different time zones and hemispheres. Prior management experience is a plus
- Project management skills while working collaboratively with internal and external vendors and 3PL.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to adapt, prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- SAP or other ERP or planning tool experience required
- Advanced spreadsheet skills, SQL queries and DB, and Google Apps
- Exposure in freight services and transportation
- Ability to engage with multiple teams across different regions to ensure accurate information transfer
