Representative, Human Resources

Location: On-site in Bedford, MA

This Role:

In this Entry level role, the HR Representative will provide onboarding and administrative support to the Human Resources department. This will include initial candidate interaction, general administrative duties, and communication with employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Organizing HR data and scanning files
• Responding to employee questions
• Assisting with company events

Required:

• Strong Microsoft 365 experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively

Preferred:

• Prior administrative experience
• Prior experience with recruiting software
