What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAD Operator / Designer position at LOGZONE, Inc.?

Essential Functions:
- Drafts work manually or using a computer, requiring knowledge and skill in drafting methods, procedures, and techniques, prepares drawings of structures, facilities, land profiles, water systems, mechanical and electrical equipment, pipelines, duct systems, and similar equipment, systems, and assemblies.
- Uses national CAD standards, which include recognized systems of symbols, legends, shadings, and lines having specific meanings in drawings.
- Should have working knowledge of Micro-Station and be proficient in AutoCAD, which are the software that 711 HPW uses.
- Shall develop “As-Built” drawings (including MEP, architectural, civil, furniture) for existing conditions and/or after projects performed by the Contractor or other contractors.
- Shall develop basic floorplan and/or furniture layouts (with and without initial input) to facilitate personnel moves, office/lab re-configurations, furniture procurement, and supervisor decisions of layouts.
Other Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in DoD Facilities Management
